Luxury Breaks FAQ’s
Can I book any campsite in the UK?
We would love to say book wherever, but due to the size of the vehicle, the cost of transporting it and the special precautions everyone is taking this year due to Covid-19 we would prefer to deliver to the recommended campsites only. If you know of a campsite that takes 10 mtr RV’s within 70 miles of our depot in Aylesbury, we would be willing to consider it, so please get in touch.
Can I book for longer?
We are trying to ensure there is as much time between guests as possible to thoroughly clean the vehicle. The RV can only be fully self-contained for 3 - 4 days given reduced campsite facilities. Longer stays are possible if campsite facilitites allow. If you have a specific need you’d like to discuss please get in touch to discuss.
Can we have more than one family in the RV?
We would like all parties booking to comply fully with the Government guidelines on this. As it stands at the moment, two households can now meet inside. If this changes at any point, so will our booking policy.
What facilities will the campsite have open?
Campsites are trying their best to provide facilities where they can. It is worth double checking before you book the site, again, it is a changing picture due to Covid-19 and more of the campsites features such as swimming pools and washrooms could open as the summer progresses.
Do I need to clean the RV at the end of the rental?
We have included cleaning products and cloths in the RV for you to use. It would be great if you could place any bedding, tea towels and used hand towels into the wash bags provided. We would also appreciate if you could remove any rubbish from the bins and clean the surfaces down and sweep the floor.
Can I bring my own bedding?
We would prefer this year that you bring your own bedding due to Covid-19. We will ensure there are fresh mattress protectors washed at high temperatures and rotated regularly.
Will our car fit on the campsite too?
There will be space for your car by the side of the RV most likely, but again it’s worth checking with the campsite when you book.
Can I have guests in the RV?
Usually it would be no problem to have guest on the campsite, but pretty much all campsites this year are requesting campers to not have guests due to Covid-19 and test and trace protocols, as well as social distancing and overcrowding of facilities.
What is in the welcome pack?
There is bottled water and tea and coffee making facilities for your complimentary use. We have also included soaps, sanitisers, washing up liquid and some kitchen essentials like foil and cellophane etc in the vehicle for you to use.
Do you accept single sex groups?
We don’t accept single sex groups of more than 4 adults or where a sporting event, music festival or hen/ stag do is the main focus of the rental.
What outdoor furniture do you supply?
We supply 4 comfortable camping chairs and a table so you can enjoy time outside in your beautiful surroundings and eat alfresco. All of our furniture must stay with the RV and not taken to any other location.
Would a baby’s cot fit in?
We think it would fit in the extended living area but please let us know the cots dimensions and we will check.
Does the RV have a BBQ?
No. You're welcome to bring your own, but please don't store it in the RV.
